Processing Time

All quilting pattern orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom-made products or orders placed during peak seasons (e.g. sale campaigns) may require extra time.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to USA, UK, EU countries, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipping Fee

Flat rate: USD 4.99 per order, regardless of destination.

Weight, size, or quantity does not affect the shipping fee.

Customs & Duties

  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product price or shipping fee.

Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a parcel is returned, the customer may need to pay an additional reshipping fee.

Delivery Delays

  • Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your order is delayed more than 15 business days beyond the estimate, you may request a full refund.

Responsibility During Delivery

  • Nana Quilt is responsible for handing over your order to the carrier and providing tracking information.
  • The carrier is responsible for the parcel and documentation from pickup until it reaches you.
