Customers may choose from the following methods when placing an order on the Nana Quilt website:

Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure international payment gateways. Card details are encrypted and protected in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Nana Quilt does not directly store customer card information.

Transaction Confirmation

Before completing payment, customers can review all order details, including products, quantities, prices, shipping fees, and applicable taxes and duties. Payment will be processed once the customer confirms the order.

Transaction Responsibility

Customers are entitled to inspect products upon delivery. If any product is found defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.

• Return period: within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• Return conditions: products must be unused, in original condition, with intact labels and packaging.
• Refund method: refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Return shipping cost: borne by the customer, except for cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Return options: customers may choose to exchange for another item (if available) or request a refund.

Nana Quilt's sewing publications do not come with a warranty. In case of printing errors, damage during shipping, or incorrect delivery, customers are entitled to request a replacement product or a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy (Section 13).

Service Standards

We are committed to providing sewing publications that match the descriptions and images displayed on our website. Each order will be processed as soon as possible, with careful printing quality and secure packaging before shipping.

Service Process

• After successful order placement and payment, a confirmation email will be sent.
• Orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 2–5 business days.
• Delivery times depend on the customer's location and the carrier's service.

Fees

• Product prices are displayed on the website at the time of order.
• Shipping fees are calculated and shown clearly during the checkout process, based on the delivery address and carrier.
• Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other surcharges required by their country of residence.

Seller's obligations (Nana Quilt)

• Deliver goods on time and to the correct location as agreed with the customer.

Customer's obligations
